Cultural heritage item types   

The vocabulary is hierarchical and bilingual and is linked to the Getty Art & Architecture Thesaurus (AAT) and the semantic thesaurus DBpedia of Wikipedia. The vocabulary is used for the homogenization and classification of the content aggregated by SearchCulture.gr, the National Aggregation Infrastructure for Cultural Heritage Content.

  • Δημοσιεύσεις που εκδίδονται σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα - αλλά όχι καθημερινά και που στοχεύουν στην πληροφόρηση ή ψυχαγωγία του ευρύτερου αναγνωστικού κοινού. Περιέχουν άρθρα διαφορετικών συγγραφέων πάνω σε διάφορα θέματα, ενώ διακρίνονται σε κατηγορίες ανάλογα με την κυκλοφορία τους (εβδομαδιαία, μηνιαία κλπ.) και τη θεματολογία τους (Περιοδικά Ποικίλης Ύλης, Οικονομικά Περιοδικά, Περιοδικά Ιστορίας, Περιοδικά Μόδας, Περιοδικά υγείας, Αθλητικά Περιοδικά, κ.ά.) Επίσης, πέραν των παραδοσιακών έντυπων περιοδικών υπάρχουν και τα ηλεκτρονικά Περιοδικά, που δραστηριοποιούνται στο διαδίκτυο.
